- Senior Pastor-Timmy D. Blair, Sr.
- Pastor Blair was born in High Point, NC and raised in Conway, SC. He attended Conway High School and Fruitland Baptist Bible Institute in Hendersonville, NC. He also received a Bachelor's Degree from Luther Rice Seminary in 1989 and currently holds a Master of Divinity from Luther Rice Seminary in Litonia, Ga. He was mentored by Dr. Mark Corts for one year through the Tarheel Leadership Network. He has served in various capacities in local Associations. He has served on the state level as a member of the Committee on Committees and currently serves on the Program, Place and Preacher Committee for the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina. He writes a weekly newspaper column for the local paper, The Angier Independent, entitled "Timeless Truths". He has preached numerous revivals in N.C., S.C., Ga. and Va. He and his wife Wendy have two sons. One serves as a Wake County Deputy Sheriff and the other as a Student Minister. They also have one granddaughter. Pastor Blair has served as Senior Pastor at Piney Grove Chapel Baptist for 23 years.

- Darlene has been a member of PGCB nearly all her life and joined the staff at PGCB in May of 2003.
